Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund was approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
